Spies vs Mercs is a multiplayer mode in the upcoming Splinter Cell: Blacklist, and can be a little confusing if you haven't played it before.
Luckily, you can head over to their latest site for training, learning what both teams do as well as the roles you can take...
The tutorial is interactive, and can be played on either a mobile or on PC. While the interactions are hardly challenging, the explanation of the preset classes is very useful, and will give you a good start if you want to dive straight into the online games.
I've already had my Hands On with the Spies vs Mercs mode, and was overall very impressed; as you can read here. With the vastly customisable loadouts and the two sides being deliberately different, it makes the game far more than your usual King of the Hill style games. Teamplay is also greatly rewarded, and you will rapidly find yourself banding together even with people you don't know.
Are you guys looking forward to the reworked Spies vs Mercs mode? Or are you happier being Sam Fisher, ghosting through the main campaign? Tell us below!
