While we were at E3 we went and found our friends over at Bohemia Interactive and had a chat about the system requirements they announced for their summer 2012 military sim.
ArmA 3 is being built with the following system requirements in mind
ArmA 3 System Requirements
OS: Windows Vista 64 bit
CPU: Intel Core i5 or AMD Athlon Phenom X4
RAM: 2 GB
GFX: GeForce GTX 260 or Radeon HD 5770
DX: 10
HDD: 15 GB
Now we put it to Bohemia that this is quite a hefty machine by todays global standards and so would ArmA 3 offer some form of in-game configuration to further customise the gaming experience?
Bohemia Interactive explained that they are hoping to offer the player quite a lot of control in the final version, with various screen resolutions and scenery adjusters allowing the player to enjoy the game how they want.
From our chat we have put together our version of the ArmA 3 system requirements
GD - ArmA 3 Minimum System Requirements
