We're just under a month away from the official release of Assassins Creed Valhalla, and just like Watch Dogs Legion, Ubisoft have provided us with some pretty extensive system requirements so we can customize the game to get the right look and performance we want.
Game events are just the gifts that keep on giving. In case you didn’t already know, Gamescom 2020 is currently on, and whilst we got a big dose of new gameplay and trailers yesterday at the Opening Night Live event, more info and gameplay is coming out over the week, including a brand new Assassins Creed: Valhalla gameplay video.
Ubisoft is having a tough time with leaks at the moment, after 30 minutes of Assassins Creed Valhalla gameplay was already leaked a couple days ago, then out of nowhere we got some leaked screenshots for Watch Dogs Legion, all ahead of time for the Ubisoft Forward E3-style live event happening this Sunday. Now some more gameplay has leaked for Assassins Creed: Valhalla.
The Assassins Creed franchise has had some interesting criticism as of late. The Assassins Creed franchise has had a very divisive audience recently, thanks to the sudden shift into a more RPG-focused game style. Some fans have openly expressed their love of the new style, while others have lamented at the abrupt transition that has steered further away from what made the original games so good and iconic. One such divisive decision was the return of the hidden blade, and it’s poor damage output in Assassins Creed: Origins.

After yesterday’s tantalizing setting reveal of the next major Assassins Creed title, Ubisoft teased the world premier trailer for Assassins Creed: Origins.
It’s official, in a live event hosted by all the various official Assassins Creed Social Media pages, the developers teased the setting of the next brand new Assassin’s Creed game by… a live Photoshop drawing? We have to say this might be the strangest teaser we’ve seen for a video game yet. Anyway, whilst playing some intense music from the various Assassins Creed soundtracks, the drawing depicted a lone character caught between two different landscapes. Yep, that's right, the next Assassins Creed game is set in not just one, but two locations it seems!
