High-flying, rotor-spinning, heli-coptering (I don’t know any fancy helicopter slang) game Comanche has just launched in Early Access on Steam. Play single-player, 4v4 multiplayer or improve your skills in combat training exercises with 5 helicopters and 4 drones available at launch.
For those of you old enough to remember messing around with floppy discs, the Comanche series probably holds a warm and fuzzy place in your heart. In case you missed it, it’s back. Probably not at all you remember it but it’s back all the same. And here’s the best bit, - you can check it out for yourself right now. 
Wahey, classic PC gaming franchise Comanche is back! But, er, be warned it’s going in a very different direction than series veterans were perhaps expecting. Comanche (2020) is a reboot of the classic Comanche helicopter action series,  this time shifting the focus to team-based online multiplayer shooting. I think I just heard a yelp of pain at the back there, are you alright?
The newly renamed THQ Nordic has whipped me into a nostalgia-fuelled frenzy with the announcement that it has acquired the rights to all of NovaLogic’s franchises. As it stands THQ Nordic (formerly Nordic Games) now own the rights to approximately 97% of all videogame licenses in the world*. NovaLogic may have disappeared off the face of the earth in recent years, but there was a time back in the 90’s where they were one of the biggest names in PC gaming. Some of their most beloved franchises include Delta Force, Comanche and F-16.
