Thursday’s Xbox Games Showcase brought us a lot of surprises, but by far one of the biggest was the official reveal of a new Fable game. We think it’s Fable 4, but it could also easily be a remaster or even a reboot of the franchise. But since the reveal, many have been speculating the game’s premise, including rumors of it being an online MMO.
We’ve had milsim battle royale, Home Improvement battle royale, post apocalyptic battle royale, car combat royale, and even Tetris battle royale, but we’ve never had a battle royale based upon racing through the Scottish countryside in a Nissan Micra. Forza Horizon 4 is just about to fill this glaring hole in the market with the arrival of The Eliminator, a new “battle royale inspired” game mode for up to 72 players.
The best racing game looks as if it’s going to be getting even better with the announcement of the Fortune Island expansion for Forza Horizon 4, as well as the gymkhana vehicle pack.

Hot on the heels of last week’s driver release, Nvidia has pushed out its second graphics card driver with GeForce RTX support. Forza Horizon 4 is arriving this week and it’s already earning rave reviews. Playground Games’ open-world racer currently sits at an impressive 91% average from 51 reviews, with several sites claiming it’s the greatest racing game ever.
Having taken a look at a Low vs Ultra graphics comparison in Forza Horizon 4 earlier today, it's now time for our first benchmarks. The Forza Horizon 4 PC demo includes a massive chunk of the open world and a very handy and in-depth benchmark tool. For our benchmark tests, we're going to be putting Forza Horizon 4 through its paces with a GeForce GTX 1060 6GB, which is just above the recommended system specs for FH4.

In terms of open-world racing, no game does it quite like the Forza Horizon series these days. Playground Games is working on a different level, offering up a huge British sandbox for Forza Horizon 4, offering up to 72 players within a single instance of the world.
