Hey there :) i think It'd be wise if you wait for the GTX 1650 Ti to get released. Asus has already listed some Ti models and i think it would be released sometime during E3, It would offer better price/performance ratio compared to the 1650. I also checked out some of the Asus notebooks with 1650 and they cost around $830 in the US, therefore the 1650 Ti models would cost about $900 or so.

hey bud. Yes I think the 1650 Ti is probably aimed exactly at 1080p for the next few years. it'll be interesting to see what AMD has planned. they'll be revealing their new GPUs at E3 i think. if prices are a problem, it might even be a smarter option to buy a new/used 1060 6gb or an rx 580 / 590 as soon as the newer GPUs are announced / prices fall
