Could be true but could also not be, ps3 and ps4 weren't remotely close to PC gaming, PS5 is. It's a lot easier to build for current gen and PC together then it was years prior.

Hilarious, i actually just built my nephew his first pc with a 5600x and rx 580 a buddy sent me for free lol. Im just glad this has ultrawide support, should look incredible in 3440x1440 at 144hz.

Already have a 2 month old RM1000x that i bought to replace my aging RM1000, so no need for anything bigger. I usually cap my fps in some games anyways as i don't see a need in getting 144fps in a gam...

That's true, but considering they probably ran for 24hrs per day, it's highly likely they have some wear, either the actual chip itself or the VRMs and/or capacitors.

AMD Ryzen 7000 processors officially launch Fall 2022, top-end CPU 30% faster than 12900K

X470 boards, like my CH7wifi was around 300$ or so, the x570 equivalent is around 500$. Huge boost for not much difference. I don't expect x670 boards to be cheap, at all.
