Gaming PC build GeForce GTX 1070M, Core i7-4790K 4-Core 4.0GHz, 16GB performance review
A PC gaming machine that puts together a Core i7-4790K 4-Core 4.0GHz processor, a GeForce GTX 1070M GPU and 16GB system memory will be able to play 800 games from the top 1000 recommended requirements. The PC could increase the number of games it can run at recommended requirements to 805 if it upgraded its bottleneck component, the GeForce GTX 1070M.
The performance of these hardware components is best displayed in relation to the current most popular game, Cyberpunk 2077. To summarise, we feel that with the GeForce GTX 1070M you can enjoy Cyberpunk 2077 at 1440p resolution pretty comfortably. The graphics card is going to run smoother on High 1440p rather than Ultra, where it would be getting 47 FPS. But when run on 1440p High it would get 66 FPS, and at Medium 98 FPS and then on Low it would return 125 FPS. The GeForce GTX 1070M would also be good at 1080p Ultra, getting 62 FPS.
