What is the minimum resolution DLSS can be used at? Like if I want to run a game at 720p but make it sampled to look like 1080p (which is the native resolution) would that be possible?

A cousin of mine with the exact same specs runs the game on max settings @ 1920x1080 with 100-110 fps. On 4k it drops to 50-60 fps.
